Manuscript of Tasistro's account of his sojourn in Paris during the July Revolution. The preface calls it "a correct account of all that has happened in Paris since my arrival," and the narrative contains eyewitness reports of discussions at the Palais Royal; English translations of proclamations and announcements, including the Charter issued by Louis Philippe in August; descriptions of the popular reaction in Paris; and a comparison of the "English Revolution" and the "French Revolution." Tasistro also includes an anti-Bourbon summary of the events leading up to the July Revolution.
